- Develop and implement event sales strategies to drive revenue for the company.
- Collaborate with various departments to create unique and memorable event experiences for guests.
- Identify and target potential clients for private parties and events.
- Respond to event inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to potential clients.
- Conduct site visits and provide detailed event proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitable events.
- Manage event budgets and work within set financial parameters.
- Coordinate with event staff to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the company to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of event sales and track progress towards sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to stay competitive in the market.
- Attend networking events and develop relationships with individuals and organizations to generate new business opportunities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve event sales processes and procedures.
- Train and mentor event sales team members to ensure they are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and events to promote the business.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Event Sales Or Event Management.
Strong Sales And Negotiation Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Vendors, And Team Members.
Knowledge Of Event Planning And Execution, Including Budget Management, Contract Negotiation, And Logistics Coordination.
