- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive event sales and increase revenue for private events.
- Actively promote and sell event packages and services to potential clients, including corporate companies, schools, and individuals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and generate new leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns to attract event bookings.
- Coordinate all aspects of private events, including event planning, menu selection, room setup, audio/visual needs, and staffing.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or requests.
- Create detailed event proposals and contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure events are executed seamlessly and meet client expectations.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as the kitchen and bar, to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Extensive Sales Experience: A Successful Event Sales Manager At Dave & Buster's Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, Preferably In The Event Or Hospitality Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Requires Regular Interaction With Clients, Event Planners, And Other Team Members, So Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential.
Knowledge Of Event Planning And Execution: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Event Planning And Execution, Including Venue Selection, Menu Planning, And Budget Management.
