  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive event sales and increase revenue for private events.
  2. Actively promote and sell event packages and services to potential clients, including corporate companies, schools, and individuals.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and generate new leads.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns to attract event bookings.
  5. Coordinate all aspects of private events, including event planning, menu selection, room setup, audio/visual needs, and staffing.
  6. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or requests.
  7. Create detailed event proposals and contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients.
  8. Work closely with the operations team to ensure events are executed seamlessly and meet client expectations.
  9. Manage event budgets and expenses, ensuring profitability for the company.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to make recommendations for improving our event services.
  11. Train and supervise event staff to ensure they deliver top-notch service to clients.
  12. Attend networking events and trade shows to promote Dave & Buster's as a premier event venue.
  13. Maintain accurate records of event bookings, sales, and client information.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as the kitchen and bar, to ensure smooth execution of events.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Sales Experience: A Successful Event Sales Manager At Dave & Buster's Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, Preferably In The Event Or Hospitality Industry.
