- Monitor and analyze event sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future events.
- Collaborate with the event planning team to continuously improve and innovate event offerings to meet changing customer demands.
- Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times and act as a brand ambassador for Dave & Buster's.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Event Sales Or Management, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Colleagues.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Events And Deadlines Simultaneously.
