As an Event Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and coordinating events at our one-of-a-kind venue. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, possesses strong sales skills, and has a proven track record of success in event planning and execution.   • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive event bookings and revenue for the venue
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients interested in hosting events at Dave & Buster's
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients and generate leads through networking and relationship building
  • Understand and effectively communicate the unique features and offerings of Dave & Buster's to potential clients
  • Collaborate with various departments (e.g. kitchen, bar, arcade) to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including but not limited to menu selection, room setup, and entertainment options
  • Ensure that all events are executed according to the client's expectations and within budget
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of event details, contracts, and payments
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the planning and execution of events
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote Dave & Buster's as a premier event destination
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote event offerings and drive event bookings through various channels (e.g. social media, email campaigns)
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Event Planning And Sales, Preferably In The Restaurant Or Entertainment Industry

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize In A Fast-Paced Environment

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Teams.
