- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to generate event leads and promote Dave & Buster's as a premier event venue.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences, and create customized event proposals and packages.
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including menu selection, room layout, audio/visual needs, and entertainment options.
- Ensure that all events are executed flawlessly, according to the agreed-upon timeline and budget.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure smooth execution of events and provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct site visits and walkthroughs with clients to showcase event spaces and answer any questions.
- Utilize sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Maintain accurate and updated event records and communicate important event details to all relevant staff members.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote Dave & Buster's events services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to ensure Dave & Buster's remains competitive in the event market.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by management.
- Provide timely and thorough post-event follow-up and gather feedback to continuously improve the event experience.
- Uphold company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Event Sales Or Similar Role.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Meeting Sales Targets And Generating Revenue.
Knowledge Of Event Planning And Coordination, Including Contract Negotiation, Menu Planning, And Event Logistics.
