- Manage the entire event planning process, including timelines, budgets, and logistics.

- Conduct site visits, negotiate contracts, and handle all aspects of event sales agreements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all event sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
- Train and mentor junior event sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to promote events and increase brand awareness.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Monitor and analyze event sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Event Sales Or Catering Sales In The Hospitality Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Revenue Goals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Vendors.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Events And Tasks Simultaneously While Maintaining Attention To Detail.
