As the Event Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving event sales, building relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful execution of events. We are looking for someone who is organized, personable, and has a proven track record of meeting sales targets.   • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase event sales and revenue
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including event planners, corporations, and individuals, to generate repeat business
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective strategies for promoting events and attracting new clients
  • Conduct sales presentations and tours to showcase the event spaces and offerings to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Effectively communicate event details and logistics to all relevant departments to ensure successful execution
  • Coordinate and oversee event planning and execution, including menu selection, room setup, and staffing
  • Monitor event budgets and expenses to ensure profitability and make adjustments as needed
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to remain competitive in the market
  • Attend networking events and conferences to build relationships and promote the brand
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage and mentor event sales team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Event Sales And Planning, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Events Simultaneously.

  • Proficiency In Event Management Software, Such As Cvent Or Eventbrite, And Knowledge Of Social Media And Digital Marketing Strategies.
