  1. Plan and execute a wide range of events, including but not limited to birthday parties, corporate events, fundraisers, and team building activities.
  2. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that all events are tailored to their specific requirements.
  3. Collaborate with various departments within the company to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events.
  4. Manage event budgets and timelines to ensure all events are delivered within budget and on time.
  5. Source and negotiate with vendors to secure the best deals for event supplies and services.
  6. Assist with event set-up and breakdown, ensuring that all event spaces are organized, presentable, and adhere to safety standards.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all event details, including contracts, payments, and client information.
  8. Communicate event details and updates to all relevant stakeholders, including clients, management, and staff.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to clients before, during, and after events, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the event planning process.
  11. Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting our brand and services to potential clients and partners.
  12. Uphold the company's standards of professionalism, efficiency, and quality in all event planning and execution.
  13. Mentor and train new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols, at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Event Planning, Marketing, Hospitality, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Event Coordination, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And High-Volume Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Meet Tight Deadlines.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills And The Ability To Effectively Handle And Resolve Any Customer Concerns Or Issues.

  • Knowledge Of Event Planning Software, Such As Cvent Or Eventbrite, And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
