- Oversee and manage the front of house operations to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

- Lead and motivate a team of customer service associates to deliver outstanding service and create a positive work environment.
- Train and onboard new customer service associates, setting them up for success and ensuring they understand company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the front of house area.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and seamless guest experience.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, events, and specials to effectively communicate with guests and drive sales.
- Conduct regular evaluations of customer service associates and provide feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer service experience at Dave & Buster's.
Strong Leadership Skills: A Captain At Dave & Buster's Must Possess Strong Leadership Abilities And Be Able To Effectively Manage A Team Of Customer Service Staff.
Excellent Communication Skills: As The Main Point Of Contact For Customers, A Captain Must Have Exceptional Communication Skills To Ensure Clear And Effective Communication With Guests And Fellow Team Members.
Extensive Customer Service Experience: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Providing Exceptional Customer Service, Preferably In A High-Volume Environment.
Ability To Handle High-Pressure Situations: As A Captain, One Must Be Able To Stay Calm And Composed In High-Pressure Situations, Such As Dealing With Difficult Customers Or Managing A Busy Shift.
Knowledge Of Dave & Buster's Policies And Procedures: A Strong Understanding Of The Company's Policies And Procedures Is Essential For A Captain To Effectively Train And Lead Their Team And Ensure A Smooth Operation.
