  1. Ensure that every customer receives exceptional service and has a remarkable experience at Dave & Buster's.
  2. Lead and manage a team of customer service staff to deliver top-notch service to all guests.
  3. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests to enjoy their time at our establishment.
  4. Train and develop team members on customer service best practices to ensure consistency and excellence in service.
  5. Monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and feedback as needed.
  6. Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
  8. Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and organization in all customer service areas.
  9. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall guest experience.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer service best practices to continuously improve our services.
  11. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a customer-centric mindset and positive attitude.
  12. Create and maintain relationships with regular customers to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company standards, policies, and procedures.
  14. Manage and maintain inventory of supplies needed for customer service operations.
  15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Captain At Dave & Buster's Must Possess Exceptional Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Customer Service Staff. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Constructive Feedback, And Handle Conflicts Or Difficult Situations With Tact And Professionalism.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: As A Captain, It Is Essential To Have A Strong Understanding Of Customer Service Principles And Be Able To Deliver An Exceptional Experience To Guests. This Includes Being Friendly, Approachable, And Knowledgeable About The Company's Products And Services.

  • Experience In The Hospitality Industry: Candidates For The Captain Position Should Have Previous Experience Working In The Hospitality Industry, Preferably In A Customer-Facing Role. This Experience Will Provide A Solid Foundation In Understanding The Needs And Expectations Of Guests, As Well As The Ability To Handle High-Pressure Situations.

  • Organizational And Time Management Skills: A Captain Must Be Able To Multitask And Manage Their Time Effectively. This Includes Creating Schedules, Coordinating Staff, And Ensuring That All Customer Service Areas Are Running Smoothly. Strong Organizational Skills Are Necessary To Keep Track Of Inventory, Supplies, And Other Important Details.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment Like Dave & Buster's, Unexpected Issues Or Problems May Arise. A Captain Must Be Able To Think Quickly On Their Feet And Come Up With Effective Solutions To Ensure The Satisfaction Of Guests And Maintain Smooth Operations.
