As the face of our company, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have the best experience possible. From managing a team of service staff to providing top-notch customer service, this role requires a dynamic and personable leader who is ready to take our customer service to the next level.   1. Manage a team of service staff and ensure they are providing excellent customer service at all times.
  2. Serve as the face of the company and represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  3. Greet and welcome guests as they enter the establishment, creating a positive first impression.
  4. Handle any guest concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner, finding solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
  5. Train and coach team members on customer service best practices and ensure they are following company policies and procedures.
  6. Monitor and maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment, including dining areas, restrooms, and other guest areas.
  7. Collaborate with other managers and departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
  8. Create and maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere for guests and team members alike.
  9. Manage and maintain the reservation system and ensure accurate and efficient seating for guests.
  10. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
  11. Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the guest experience, proactively addressing any potential issues.
  12. Communicate effectively with guests and team members, providing clear and concise information and instructions.
  13. Stay up-to-date on company promotions, events, and offerings to effectively communicate with guests.
  14. Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests and team members.
  15. Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting the standard for the team.

  • Organizational And Time Management Skills: A Captain Must Be Able To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment. This Includes Managing Team Schedules, Coordinating Events And Parties, And Ensuring Smooth Operations During Peak Hours.

  • Knowledge Of Dave & Buster's Policies And Procedures: A Captain Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Dave & Buster's Policies And Procedures, Including Safety Protocols, Cash Handling Procedures, And Service Standards. This Knowledge Will Ensure Compliance And Consistency Across All Customer Interactions.
