Job Description

  1. Greet and welcome guests as they enter the establishment.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by anticipating and meeting guests' needs.
  3. Act as a point of contact for guests and handle any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  4. Ensure all guests are seated and served in a timely manner.
  5. Train and supervise other customer service staff to ensure they are providing exceptional service.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized dining and entertainment area.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as the kitchen and bar, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  8. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  9. Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.
  10. Continuously monitor and improve the quality of service provided to guests.
  11. Assist in creating and implementing new policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
  12. Upsell and promote special offers and events to guests.
  13. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  14. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  15. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  16. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
