Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Captain - Customer Service. As a Captain, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience at our establishment. This is a dynamic and fast-paced position that requires strong leadership skills and a passion for providing top-notch customer service.   1. Greet and welcome guests as they enter the establishment, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by anticipating and fulfilling guests' needs and requests.
  3. Lead by example and ensure that all employees are providing top-notch customer service at all times.
  4. Supervise and train new team members on customer service standards and procedures.
  5. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the dining and gaming areas to ensure a positive guest experience.
  6. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, promotions, and events to assist guests with their inquiries.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  9. Manage reservations and seating arrangements to maximize efficiency and guest comfort.
  10. Create and maintain a positive and fun atmosphere for guests and employees.
  11. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  12. Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.
  13. Assist with special events and promotions to promote the establishment and increase guest satisfaction.
  14. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve the guest experience and provide feedback to management.
  15. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times while representing the establishment.
