  6. Communicate effectively with all team members and management to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience.
  7. Act as a role model for exceptional customer service by providing hands-on support to team members during busy periods.
  8. Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the customer service area, ensuring it meets company standards.
  9. Keep up-to-date with all company policies, promotions, and events to effectively assist guests with any inquiries.
  10. Collaborate with other departments, such as kitchen and bar, to ensure a coordinated and efficient service experience for guests.
  11. Continuously strive to improve the customer service experience by identifying and implementing new strategies and processes.
  12. Adhere to all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and team members.
  13. Monitor and manage inventory levels of customer service supplies to ensure an adequate supply for daily operations.
  14. Perform any other duties assigned by management to support the overall success of the customer service team.
