  1. Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive experience at Dave & Buster's.
  2. Serve as a leader and role model for the rest of the customer service team, setting a high standard for excellence in guest interactions.
  3. Greet guests upon arrival and assist with any questions or concerns they may have, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
  4. Act as a point of contact for any guest complaints or issues, working to promptly resolve them and ensure guest satisfaction.
  5. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products, services, and promotions offered at Dave & Buster's in order to effectively assist guests and make recommendations.
  6. Train and mentor new customer service team members, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  7. Ensure that all customer service areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked, maintaining a visually appealing environment for guests.
  8. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, following all company procedures and policies.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, such as food and beverage and game operations, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
  10. Stay up-to-date on all safety and security protocols, ensuring the well-being of guests and team members at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Captain, The Individual Must Possess Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate Their Team Of Customer Service Staff. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Support, And Make Decisions Under Pressure.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Captain Must Have Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Team Members. This Includes Being Able To Handle Difficult Situations, Provide Clear Instructions, And Convey Important Information To Both Customers And Management.

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role Is Essential For A Captain Position At Dave & Buster's. This Includes A Proven Track Record Of Providing Exceptional Customer Service, Handling Customer Complaints, And Ensuring Customer Satisfaction.

  • Organizational Skills: A Captain Must Be Highly Organized And Have The Ability To Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment. This Includes Managing Schedules, Coordinating With Other Departments, And Ensuring That All Customer Service Tasks Are Completed In A Timely And Efficient Manner.

  • Knowledge Of Dave & Buster's Policies And Procedures: Familiarity With The Policies And Procedures Of Dave & Buster's Is Important For A Captain Position. This Includes Knowledge Of Safety Protocols, Company Policies, And Procedures For Handling Customer Situations.
