  1. Oversee and manage the front-line team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  2. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  3. Train and develop team members on customer service best practices and company policies.
  4. Ensure that all team members are following company standards and delivering exceptional service to guests.
  5. Monitor and respond to guest feedback, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
  6. Coordinate and maintain guest reservations and requests.
  7. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any conflicts or complaints.
  8. Maintain a welcoming and organized atmosphere in the restaurant.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience.
  10. Create and maintain relationships with regular guests and ensure their satisfaction.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer service experience.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  13. Schedule and manage staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  14. Assist with special events and promotions as needed.
  15. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new customer service initiatives as appropriate.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Captain - Customer Service Must Be Able To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Customer Service Representatives, Ensuring That They Provide Top-Notch Service To All Guests.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Interaction With Both Customers And Team Members, So Strong Communication Skills Are Essential. The Captain - Customer Service Must Be Able To Effectively Convey Information, Resolve Conflicts, And Provide Instructions To Their Team.

  • Customer Service Experience: Prior Experience In A Customer-Facing Role Is Important For A Captain - Customer Service. This Could Include Experience In The Hospitality Industry, Retail, Or Other Customer Service-Oriented Positions.

  • Ability To Handle High-Pressure Situations: Working In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment, A Captain - Customer Service Must Be Able To Remain Calm And Composed Under Pressure. They Should Also Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Quickly Resolve Any Issues That May Arise.

  • Attention To Detail: A Captain - Customer Service Is Responsible For Ensuring That All Aspects Of The Guest Experience Are Up To The Company's Standards. This Requires A Keen Eye For Detail And The Ability To Identify Areas For Improvement And Implement Changes As Needed.
