We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant General Manager at Dave & Buster's! The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, as well as enthusiasm for providing an excellent guest experience. They must also have the ability to motivate and mentor team members to deliver a high level of individual and collective performance.The Assistant General Manager should have a passion for the restaurant industry, as well as a strong understanding of the restaurant operations. They must also be able to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of management experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting.
