Job Description

The Programmer Analyst will be responsible for enhancing, configuring, deploying, and supporting Darden's Kitchen Display and Table Management systems to meet business needs and requirements. Configure, Enhance and Deploy packaged solutions for Kitchen Display and Table Management Systems. Ensure technical solutions are fully tested and validated prior to deployment. Complete tasks within estimated timeframes with high quality solutions that do not require rework. Perform research and analysis to determine root causes of issues and take corrective action. Review requirement and design documents and develop solutions to specifications. Follow established change management policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in programming and analysis

  • Comfortable multitasking managing multiple requests based on priority

  • Knowledge of restaurant business, Point of Sale, or Retail

  • SQL query authoring and analysis skills
