- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Workday functionality and capabilities in the talent management area.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Talent Management, providing guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent management to continuously improve and optimize processes.
- Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns.

Strong Technical Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Proficient In Workday's Report Writing, Calculated Fields, And Eib Integrations. They Should Also Have Experience With Workday's Security Framework And Be Able To Design And Implement Complex Security Roles.
