- Identify and attract highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join the Talent Pool for Sales & Commercial functions within Danaher.
- Communicate the mission and values of Danaher as a global leader in science and technology, and highlight the exciting opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
- Develop and maintain a diverse and inclusive work environment that encourages and supports the personal and professional growth of all team members.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR representatives to identify specific skills and qualifications required for success in sales and commercial roles at Danaher.
- Screen and review resumes and applications from candidates, and conduct initial interviews to assess their fit for the Talent Pool.
- Utilize industry knowledge and market insights to identify and attract top talent within the sales and commercial field.
- Develop and implement strategies for sourcing and attracting passive candidates, including utilizing social media and networking events.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to create job postings and ensure they accurately reflect the requirements and expectations of the position.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Danaher, promoting the company's culture, values, and opportunities to potential candidates.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the status of candidates in the Talent Pool to hiring managers and HR representatives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and processes for sales and commercial roles.
- Maintain a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical recruitment practices, including equal employment opportunity and diversity initiatives.
- Foster a high-performance culture within the Talent Pool, encouraging collaboration and driving results to support Danaher's overall sales and commercial success.
Previous Sales Experience: Candidates For The Talent Pool Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In Sales And Commercial Roles, Preferably Within A Related Industry. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of Sales Strategies, Techniques, And Processes.
