Welcome to Danaher's Talent Pool for an HR Business Partner/ Generalist (f/m/d) in the Diagnostics & Life Sciences DACH region! We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team and play a key role in driving our HR strategies and initiatives. As an HR Business Partner/ Generalist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our leaders and employees, providing support and guidance on a wide range of HR matters.   1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Partner with leaders and employees to provide guidance and support on all HR matters.
  3. Conduct regular analysis of HR data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for action.
  4. Manage and oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  5. Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  6. Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure a strong pipeline of talent and support the hiring process.
  7. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  8. Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR laws and regulations in the DACH region and ensure compliance.
  10. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive organizational effectiveness and promote a positive company culture.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors.
  12. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.
  13. Serve as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our mission and values to potential candidates.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources Management Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Hr Business Partner Or Generalist Role, Preferably In The Diagnostics & Life Sciences Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Practices And Employment Laws In The Dach Region

  • Experience In Managing Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Talent Development

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders.
