  1. Develop and implement strategic talent management initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent for the organization.
  2. Partner with key stakeholders to identify current and future talent needs and develop strategies to address them.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify industry trends, best practices, and innovative approaches to talent management.
  4. Design and implement talent development programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  5. Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
  6. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to create effective recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and onboard top talent.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and educational institutions, to expand the organization's talent pool.
  8. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on career development and growth opportunities.
  9. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Stay updated on industry and market trends and use that knowledge to inform talent management strategies.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in talent management practices across the organization.
  12. Continuously assess and improve the employee experience to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  13. Act as a change agent to drive a culture of continuous learning and development.
  14. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and ethical standards when handling sensitive employee information.
  15. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to talent management and organizational development as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Or Human Resources.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Talent Management Strategies And Best Practices, Including Performance Management, Succession Planning, And Employee Development.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Inform Talent Management Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
