Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE+I) to oversee our Associate Resource Groups (ARGs). In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and drive our DE+I strategy and initiatives, while working closely with our ARGs to promote a culture of inclusivity and belonging.   1. Develop and drive a comprehensive DE+I strategy for the organization, in alignment with company values and objectives.
  2. Oversee the Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) and provide guidance and support to ensure the success of their initiatives and activities.
  3. Collaborate with senior leadership to champion and promote DE+I efforts throughout the organization.
  4. Conduct regular assessments to measure the effectiveness of DE+I initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends related to DE+I, and incorporate them into company policies and practices.
  6. Provide training and resources for employees at all levels to promote understanding and awareness of DE+I topics.
  7. Collaborate with HR to ensure that DE+I principles are embedded in all aspects of talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
  8. Serve as a resource and advisor for employees, providing guidance and support for addressing DE+I-related issues and concerns.
  9. Foster a culture of inclusivity and belonging by promoting dialogue and open communication about DE+I topics.
  10. Develop and maintain partnerships with external organizations and experts to enhance the company's DE+I strategy and initiatives.
  11. Track and report on key metrics related to DE+I, and use data to inform decision-making and drive progress.
  12. Lead by example and serve as a role model for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion (De+I) Initiatives: A Sr. Director De+I Associate Resource Groups Should Have A Deep Understanding Of De+I Principles And Practices, As Well As A Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful Strategies And Programs.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Associate Resource Group Leaders, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership. A Sr. Director Should Possess Excellent Communication, Coaching, And Conflict Resolution Skills.

  • Inclusive Mindset And Cultural Competency: The Ideal Candidate Will Have A Strong Understanding Of And Sensitivity To The Needs And Experiences Of Underrepresented Groups, As Well As The Ability To Foster An Inclusive And Equitable Work Environment For All Employees.

  • Business Acumen And Strategic Thinking: As A Key Member Of The De+I Team, A Sr. Director Must Have A Solid Understanding Of Business Operations And Be Able To Develop And Implement De+I Strategies That Align With The Company's Overall Goals And Objectives.

  • Experience With Employee Resource Groups: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Managing Or Working With Employee Resource Groups (Ergs) And Be Familiar With Best Practices For Developing And Sustaining These Groups. In Addition, Knowledge Of Erg Metrics And Measurement Of Impact Is Essential For This Role.
