Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE+I) Associate Resource Groups (ARG) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our ARGs, promoting a culture of inclusivity and belonging, and fostering a sense of community among our diverse employee base. We are looking for a passionate leader who is dedicated to creating an inclusive workplace and has a strong track record of success in developing and implementing DE+I initiatives.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) at Danaher, in alignment with the company's overall DE+I goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to ensure that ARG initiatives and programs are integrated into the company's overall DE+I strategy and initiatives.
  3. Provide guidance and support to ARG leaders and members, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and tools to effectively drive DE+I initiatives within their respective groups.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with external organizations and partners to enhance and expand the reach and impact of the ARGs and their initiatives.
  5. Monitor and analyze data related to DE+I efforts and ARG initiatives, and use this information to inform and improve strategies and programs.
  6. Develop and deliver educational and training programs to promote a culture of inclusivity and support the development of diverse talent within the organization.
  7. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that DE+I principles are integrated into all aspects of talent management, including recruitment, retention, and development.
  8. Act as a visible and accessible leader within the organization, serving as a role model for DE+I principles and behaviors.
  9. Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of ARG initiatives and recommend changes and improvements as needed.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to DE+I, and use this knowledge to continuously enhance and evolve the ARG program at Danaher.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Human Resources, Diversity And Inclusion, Or Organizational Development.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Developing And Managing Employee Resource Groups (Ergs) Or Other Diversity And Inclusion Programs At A Large, Global Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Diversity And Inclusion Best Practices And Proven Experience In Implementing And Driving Change Through Ergs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Creating And Executing Strategic Plans For Ergs, Including Budget Management, Event Planning, And Data Analysis To Measure Impact And Progress.
