  1. Develop and implement strategies, policies, and programs to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  2. Oversee and coordinate all associate resource groups, ensuring they align with the organization's DE+I goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with senior leadership to embed DE+I principles into all aspects of the organization's operations and decision-making processes.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on DE+I best practices, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
  5. Lead efforts to increase representation and advancement opportunities for underrepresented groups within the organization.
  6. Facilitate training and workshops on DE+I topics to educate employees and promote a more inclusive workplace culture.
  7. Foster relationships with external partners and organizations to enhance the organization's DE+I efforts.
  8. Monitor and analyze DE+I data and trends, providing regular reports and recommendations to inform decision-making.
  9. Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition teams to ensure DE+I is integrated into all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  10. Serve as a role model and champion for DE+I, promoting a culture of respect, inclusivity, and belonging throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience And Knowledge In Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion (De+I) Initiatives, Preferably In A Global Corporate Setting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Managing Associate Resource Groups (Args) To Drive De+I Goals And Initiatives.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Demonstrated Understanding Of And Ability To Navigate Complex Organizational Structures, Policies, And Procedures.

  • Strategic Mindset And Ability To Develop And Execute Long-Term De+I Plans That Align With The Company's Overall Goals And Objectives.
