  1. Lead and oversee the Associate Resource Group program, including developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  2. Manage and provide guidance to employee resource group leaders, ensuring their initiatives align with company goals and values.
  3. Collaborate with leaders and HR teams to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives and programs.
  4. Facilitate workshops and training sessions on DE+I topics for employees at all levels.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert on diversity, equity, and inclusion, staying informed on best practices and industry trends.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote diversity and inclusion efforts.
  7. Develop and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of DE+I initiatives and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
  8. Create and maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all employees, fostering a culture of respect and belonging.
  9. Champion diversity and inclusion efforts within the organization, serving as a role model and mentor for others.
  10. Collaborate with HR teams to ensure that DE+I principles are integrated into talent management processes, such as recruiting, performance management, and career development.
  11. Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking support and resources related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  12. Participate in DE+I events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and represent the organization.
  13. Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement, regularly seeking feedback and implementing changes based on employee and organizational needs.
  14. Support and promote the company's diversity, equity, and inclusion policies and initiatives.
  15. Communicate the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion (De+I) Strategy Development And Implementation At A Senior Level, Preferably Within A Large, Global Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Associate Resource Group (Arg) Best Practices And Demonstrated Success In Leading And Growing Args Within A Corporate Setting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Diverse Employee Groups, Senior Leadership, And External Partners To Drive De+I Initiatives And Achieve Business Objectives.

  • Excellent Communication, Facilitation, And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Demonstrated Leadership And Management Experience, Including The Ability To Lead And Develop A High-Performing Team And Manage Complex Projects With Multiple Stakeholders And Competing Priorities.
