We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE+I) to join our team and lead our Associate Resource Groups (ARGs).   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy for the organization.
  2. Lead and manage the Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) to create a culture of belonging and inclusion for all employees.
  3. Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  4. Develop and deliver training programs to promote diversity and inclusion awareness and foster a culture of inclusion.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on diversity, equity, and inclusion, providing guidance and support to all levels of the organization.
  6. Partner with HR and other departments to ensure diversity and inclusion practices are integrated into all aspects of the employee experience, including recruiting, hiring, and performance management.
  7. Monitor and analyze diversity and inclusion metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, ARG leaders, and employees, to drive the DE+I agenda forward.
  9. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in DE+I and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  10. Communicate and promote the organization's diversity and inclusion efforts both internally and externally, serving as an ambassador for the company's DE+I initiatives.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and organizations to further the organization's DE+I goals and initiatives.
  12. Foster a culture of open communication and continuous learning around diversity, equity, and inclusion topics.
  13. Manage the budget for DE+I initiatives and ensure resources are allocated effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
  14. Lead and develop a team of DE+I professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive success and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  15. Act as a thought leader on diversity, equity, and inclusion topics, representing the organization at industry conferences and events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Human Resources, Diversity And Inclusion, Or Organizational Development.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In De+I Strategy Development And Implementation, Preferably In A Global Corporate Setting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading Associate Resource Groups, With A Strong Understanding Of Their Role In Promoting Diversity And Inclusion Within An Organization.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of De+I Best Practices And Emerging Trends, As Well As Experience Developing And Delivering Training Programs On Diversity And Inclusion Topics.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
