
Regional Sales Manager - Medical

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets in the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the medical industry.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they are motivated, trained, and equipped to meet their sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver effective sales strategies and solutions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to achieve targets.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and competitive landscape.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote and showcase our products and services.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities, results, and challenges in the region.
- Continuously strive to improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure sales activities are conducted in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Act as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their individual and team goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns and materials.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of the company at all times, both internally and externally.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In A Regional Or Territory Management Role.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Sales Representatives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Customers And Stakeholders.
