- Conducting recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees in Germany, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both the company and the new hires.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Managing employee relations and providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and data, including attendance, performance evaluations, and personal information.
- Coordinating and conducting training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective retention strategies and initiatives.
- Assisting in the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.
- Ensuring legal compliance and maintaining confidentiality in all HR-related matters.
- Handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
- Staying updated on current HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
- Supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hr Roles, Preferably In A Global Organization.
Knowledge Of German Employment Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience In Handling Hr Matters In Germany.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Teams And Individuals.
Proficiency In Hr Software And Systems, As Well As Excellent Organizational And Analytical Skills.
