  2. Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
  3. Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans and goals with overall company objectives.
  5. Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
  6. Develop and maintain financial models to support decision making and drive business initiatives.
  7. Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis to continuously improve processes.
  9. Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  10. Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis processes.
  11. Support ad hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.
  12. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.
  13. Act as a strategic business partner, providing financial insights and recommendations to support key business decisions.
  14. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and executives to understand business needs and provide financial guidance.
  15. Represent the company in financial discussions and negotiations with external partners and vendors.
