  1. Provide expert legal advice and guidance on corporate law, securities, and governance matters to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
  2. Develop and implement legal strategies to support business objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Advise on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
  4. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies, to protect the company's interests and mitigate risk.
  5. Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to corporate, securities, and governance.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, human resources, and compliance, to ensure alignment and consistency in legal matters.
  7. Manage relationships with external legal counsel and provide oversight on legal matters outsourced to external firms.
  8. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on legal issues and promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
  9. Participate in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures related to corporate, securities, and governance.
  10. Represent the company in legal proceedings, including litigation and arbitration, as needed.
  11. Monitor and report on legal and regulatory developments that may impact the company's operations or reputation.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  13. Mentor and provide guidance to junior legal team members, promoting professional development and growth.
  14. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, board members, and external partners.
  15. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions and activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Corporate, Securities, And Governance Law In A Large Corporation Or Law Firm

  • Strong Understanding Of Sec Regulations And Reporting Requirements

  • Experience Advising On Corporate Transactions, Such As Mergers And Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, And Public Offerings

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Senior Management And External Stakeholders.
