- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize clinical laboratory operations and enhance quality of patient care.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current laboratory processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process changes, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of process improvements, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to identify training needs and develop training materials for new processes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in laboratory operations and process improvement.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Communicate progress and results of process improvement initiatives to management and stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the implementation of process improvements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for laboratory staff on process improvement strategies and techniques.
Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Process Improvement Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Laboratory Processes, Regulations, And Quality Control Procedures.
Experience With Process Improvement Methodologies, Such As Six Sigma Or Lean.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements That Lead To Increased Efficiency And Quality Outcomes.
