  1. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize clinical laboratory operations and enhance quality of patient care.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of current laboratory processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process changes, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
  4. Monitor and track the effectiveness of process improvements, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  5. Collaborate with laboratory staff to identify training needs and develop training materials for new processes.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in laboratory operations and process improvement.
  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  8. Communicate progress and results of process improvement initiatives to management and stakeholders.
  9. Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the implementation of process improvements.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for laboratory staff on process improvement strategies and techniques.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Process Improvement Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Laboratory Processes, Regulations, And Quality Control Procedures.

  • Experience With Process Improvement Methodologies, Such As Six Sigma Or Lean.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements That Lead To Increased Efficiency And Quality Outcomes.
