- Collaborate with a team of experienced scientists and engineers to develop innovative bioassays.
- Conduct research and experiments to optimize and troubleshoot existing bioassays.
- Utilize analytical techniques and biological knowledge to design and execute experiments.
- Analyze data and communicate results to team members and supervisors.
- Keep track of project deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of experimental procedures and results.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate new techniques and technologies into bioassay development.

Strong Background In Biology And Analytical Chemistry: A Solid Understanding Of Biological Principles And Analytical Techniques Is Essential For Developing And Optimizing Bioassays.
Experience With Assay Development And Optimization: Previous Experience In Developing And Optimizing Bioassays, Including Experimental Design And Statistical Analysis, Is Highly Desirable For This Role.
Familiarity With Laboratory Equipment And Instrumentation: Proficiency With A Variety Of Laboratory Equipment And Instrumentation, Such As Plate Readers And Liquid Handling Systems, Is Important For Successfully Conducting Bioassay Experiments.
Attention To Detail And Strong Organizational Skills: The Ability To Carefully Plan, Execute, And Document Experiments Is Crucial For Ensuring Accurate And Reliable Results In Bioassay Development.
Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment: This Role Will Require Both Independent Work And Collaboration With Other Team Members, So The Ability To Work Well Both Independently And In A Team Is A Key Qualification For A Bioassay Development Co-Op At Danaher.
