- Implement and maintain SAP MM & WM systems to optimize supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address supply chain system issues.
- Analyze supply chain data and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve supply chain system efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and provide timely resolution to any issues.
- Create and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on the proper use and functionality of the SAP MM & WM systems.
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to supply chain operations.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure system integrations and data integrity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in supply chain systems to provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve any system-related issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of supply chain system strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide regular reports and updates on system performance and improvements to management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality.
- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and automate processes within the supply chain system.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Sap Mm And Wm Modules: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Significant Experience And Expertise In Using Sap Mm And Wm Modules For Supply Chain Management Processes. This Includes A Thorough Understanding Of Inventory Management, Procurement, And Warehouse Management Functions.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As An Analyst, This Role Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Identify Areas For Improvement In Supply Chain Systems. The Candidate Should Also Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues Related To Sap Mm And Wm.
Supply Chain Management Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Supply Chain Management, Including Experience In Planning, Sourcing, And Logistics. This Will Enable Them To Understand The End-To-End Supply Chain Processes And How Sap Mm And Wm Can Be Utilized To Optimize Them.
Project Management Skills: This Role Involves Working On Various Supply Chain System Projects, Such As Implementing New Processes, Upgrading Systems, And Integrating With Other Applications.
