- Provide support and guidance to franchisees to help them achieve success and growth.
- Serve as the main point of contact for franchisees and build strong, positive relationships.
- Conduct regular business reviews with franchisees to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in developing and implementing business plans for franchisees to increase profitability and drive growth.
- Train and educate franchisees on Dairy Queen's products, services, and processes.
- Monitor compliance with brand standards and provide guidance on maintaining consistency across all franchise locations.
- Conduct market analysis and identify potential growth opportunities for franchisees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to support franchisees.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to franchisees.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and represent Dairy Queen at various events and conferences.
- Maintain accurate records and reports regarding franchisee performance.
- Provide timely and effective communication to franchisees, addressing any concerns or issues.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to new franchisees, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to ensure the success of our franchise partners.
Extensive Experience In Franchise Operations: A Successful Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Franchise Operations, Preferably Within The Food Industry. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Franchise Business Model And Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Implement Dairy Queen's Franchise Policies And Procedures.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Franchise Business Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Providing Guidance And Support To Franchisees, As Well As Managing A Team Of Consultants. This Requires Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Individuals At All Levels Of The Organization.
Financial Acumen: Franchise Business Consultants Need To Have A Solid Understanding Of Financial Statements And Be Able To Analyze Data To Identify Areas Of Improvement For Franchisees. They Should Also Be Able To Develop And Implement Strategies To Increase Profitability And Drive Business Growth.
