- Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies to promote Dairy Queen's brand and products.
- Create and manage compelling content for digital platforms including social media, email marketing, and website.
- Monitor and analyze performance of digital campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall brand strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and apply them to Dairy Queen's initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external digital agencies and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of campaigns.
- Conduct market research and gather insights to inform digital marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through engaging and interactive digital experiences.
- Assist in managing digital advertising budget and make recommendations for budget allocation.
- Train and educate team members on digital marketing tactics and best practices.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on digital platforms.
- Continuously monitor and improve digital user experience to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop digital assets and ensure brand consistency.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and laws related to digital marketing and ensure compliance.
- Continuously assess and improve digital marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Digital Marketing, Preferably In The Restaurant Or Food Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Digital Advertising Platforms And Analytics Tools, Such As Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, And Google Analytics.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Knowledge Of Social Media Platforms And Trends, Including Content Creation And Influencer Marketing Strategies.
