As a Franchise Business Consultant, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our franchisees, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and resources to run successful Dairy Queen restaurants. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees to understand their unique needs and provide personalized support and guidance.
- Conduct regular check-ins and visits to franchise locations to assess operations, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for maximizing profitability.
- Collaborate with franchisees to develop and implement business plans that align with the company's goals and standards.
- Train and educate franchisees on Dairy Queen's brand standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all locations.
- Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth and provide actionable insights to franchisees.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to provide strategic recommendations to franchisees on how to stay competitive in their local markets.
- Serve as a liaison between franchisees and corporate teams, effectively communicating feedback, concerns, and suggestions to ensure franchisees' voices are heard and addressed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new initiatives, programs, and systems to support franchisees' success.
- Provide training and support to new franchisees during the onboarding process and assist with the opening of new Dairy Queen locations.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as Dairy Queen's brand standards, across all franchise locations.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Dairy Queen, promoting the company’s values and culture to franchisees and representing the brand with professionalism and integrity.
Fluency In Both English And Spanish: As A Bilingual Franchise Business Consultant For Dairy Queen, It Is Essential To Be Fluent In Both English And Spanish To Effectively Communicate With Franchise Owners, Employees, And Customers.
Extensive Experience In The Restaurant Industry: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Strong Background In The Restaurant Industry, Preferably With Experience In Franchise Management. This Will Allow Them To Understand The Unique Challenges And Opportunities Faced By Dairy Queen Franchisees.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Building Relationships With Franchisees And Providing Guidance And Support.
