  1. Develop and implement a data intelligence strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of data analysts to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality insights and reports.
  3. Oversee the collection, storage, and organization of all company data in the data intelligence hub.
  4. Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with various departments within the organization to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external data partners to enhance the company's data capabilities.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics to drive innovation within the organization.
  8. Communicate data insights and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  10. Train and mentor staff on data management best practices and the use of data analytics tools.
  11. Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of the data intelligence hub.
  12. Identify and address any data quality issues or discrepancies.
  13. Develop and manage the budget for the data intelligence hub.
  14. Act as a liaison between the data intelligence hub and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  15. Continuously improve processes and procedures within the data intelligence hub to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
