We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team as a Workforce Initiatives Associate Manager. This person will be responsible for helping to ensure that our human resource activities are in line with our company's values and overall mission.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a management-level role. They must have a proven track record of developing, implementing, and managing workforce initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention. They must also have a deep understanding of the labor market and the ability to apply that knowledge to our workforce initiatives. Additionally, this person should be a self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills.The Workforce Initiatives Associate Manager will report directly to the Senior HR Director and will be responsible for leading the development, launch, and maintenance of our workforce initiatives. Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the Senior HR Director to develop, implement, and manage workforce initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention.
  2. Remain up-to-date on labor market trends to inform and update workforce initiatives accordingly.
  3. Collaborate with other departments and personnel to ensure that the company's values and mission are reflected in all HR initiatives.
  4. Lead the development, launch, and maintenance of workforce initiatives.
  5. Monitor the effectiveness of initiatives and recommend changes as needed.
  6. Create a work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and growth.
  7. Provide guidance and advice to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  9. Manage the budget for workforce initiatives.
  10. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
