- Accurately and efficiently select and pack customer orders according to company standards and procedures.
- Ensure that all items are properly labeled, packaged, and loaded onto delivery trucks for timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in a safe and responsible manner.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment and following proper lifting techniques.
- Meet productivity and accuracy goals set by management, while consistently striving for continuous improvement.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and assist with restocking and replenishing inventory as needed.
- Keep track of and report any damaged or expired products to management for proper disposal.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and requests from customers, both internal and external, in a friendly and professional manner.
