We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Human Resources to oversee our Supply Chain and Logistics as well as Mail Pharmacy Operations. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. You should have a strong background in supply chain and logistics, as well as familiarity with pharmacy operations. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, and a Master's degree is preferred.   1. Develop and implement talent strategy for the Supply Chain and Logistics and Mail Pharmacy Operations departments.
  2. Ensure that the company has the right people, with the right skills, in the right positions to support critical operations.
  3. Partner with senior leadership to shape the culture, engagement, and development of the workforce.
  4. Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support in all areas of HR.
  5. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  6. Oversee recruitment and retention efforts, including identifying and attracting top talent.
  7. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with overall company goals.
  9. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management and employee relations.
  10. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.
  11. Conduct regular analysis and reporting on HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  12. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
  13. Act as a culture champion, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  14. Represent the company in external HR events and conferences.
  15. Collaborate with other HR leaders to drive company-wide initiatives and foster a cohesive HR strategy.
  16. Lead and manage HR projects as assigned by senior leadership.
  17. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and federal and state laws and regulations.
  18. Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  19. Serve as a role model for ethical behavior and uphold the company's values.
  20. Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: This Individual Should Have Exceptional Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams. They Should Also Be Able To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Senior Leadership, Business Partners, And Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Experience With Change Management: As Cvs Health Continues To Grow And Evolve In The Highly Competitive Healthcare Industry, The Vp Of Hr For Supply Chain And Logistics And Mail Pharmacy Operations Should Have Experience In Managing Change And Driving Organizational Transformation. This Includes Experience In Leading Cultural Change, Managing Mergers And Acquisitions, And Implementing New Technologies And Processes.
