Job Description

At CVS Health, we’re looking for a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Training Coordinator who is passionate about building a successful training program. As a Training Coordinator at CVS Health, you will be responsible for developing and executing training initiatives that enable our employees to maximize their potential and contribute to our company’s success. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to manage multiple projects, and possess a drive to help our teams succeed.Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, education, human resources, or a related field• 3+ years of experience in training, curriculum development, or facilitation• Proven ability to develop and implement training strategies• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills• Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute training initiatives that enable employees to maximize their potential and contribute to the company’s success.
  2. Create and maintain training materials, including curriculum, schedules, and course materials.
  3. Facilitate training sessions in-person and/or virtually.
  4. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  5. Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  7. Stay up to date on best practices and industry trends.
  8. Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
  9. Provide support to employees to ensure successful training outcomes.
  10. Assist with other related tasks as assigned.
