  11. Act as a liaison between business and technology teams, promoting a strong partnership and mutual understanding.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, in all technology operations.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization, using data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  14. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner, both internally and externally.
  15. Take ownership of assigned projects and tasks, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Technology-Focused Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Retail Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cost And Financial Management Principles, With Experience In It Budgeting And Forecasting.

  • Knowledge Of Technology Business Management Frameworks And Best Practices, Such As Tbm Council's Tbm Taxonomy.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Translate Complex Data Into Actionable Insights And Recommendations For Business Leaders.
