- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives for CVS Health's supplemental benefits and directed spend programs.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the programs, ensuring that they are effectively managed and aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the programs' impact and efficiency.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Retail Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Supplemental Benefits And Directed Spend Programs, Including Medicare Part D And Pharmacy Benefit Management.
Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Strategic Plans For Supplemental Benefits Programs.
