  1. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives for CVS Health's supplemental benefits and directed spend programs.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the programs, ensuring that they are effectively managed and aligned with company goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Retail Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supplemental Benefits And Directed Spend Programs, Including Medicare Part D And Pharmacy Benefit Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Strategic Plans For Supplemental Benefits Programs.
