  1. Develop and implement strategies to achieve store sales and profit goals.
  2. Train and mentor store team members to provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Analyze sales data and make recommendations to improve store performance.
  5. Collaborate with district and regional managers to develop and execute store-level initiatives.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate and timely replenishment.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  8. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture.
  9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development for store team members.
  10. Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and upper management.
  11. Implement and enforce loss prevention measures to protect company assets.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to make informed business decisions.
  13. Assist with hiring and training new store team members.
  14. Adhere to budget and financial goals for the store.
  15. Demonstrate strong leadership skills and lead by example to motivate and inspire the store team.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Successful Store Manager In Training Should Possess Excellent Leadership Abilities, Including The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team, Delegate Tasks, And Make Decisions In A Fast-Paced Retail Environment.

  • Retail Management Experience: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In A Retail Management Position, Preferably In A Similar Industry.
