  1. Oversee Store Operations: The Store Manager in Training will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes ensuring the store is properly staffed, maintaining inventory levels, and implementing company policies and procedures.

Train and Develop Team Members: The Store Manager in Training will be responsible for coaching and developing team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
