  1. Learn and Understand Store Operations: The Store Manager In Training will be responsible for learning and understanding all aspects of managing a successful CVS store, including but not limited to inventory management, customer service, employee training, and financial management.
  2. Develop Leadership Skills: The Store Manager In Training will have the opportunity to develop their leadership skills by working closely with the store manager and other members of the management team. This includes learning how to effectively lead a team, make strategic decisions, and resolve conflicts.
  3. Hands-On Experience: The Store Manager In Training will gain valuable hands-on experience by actively participating in various store operations, such as stocking shelves, assisting customers, and managing inventory. This will provide a well-rounded understanding of the day-to-day tasks and responsibilities of a store manager.
  4. Customer Satisfaction: The Store Manager In Training will be responsible for ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience for all customers. This includes addressing any customer concerns, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
  5. Team Management: The Store Manager In Training will learn how to effectively manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. They will also be responsible for promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Retail Management Experience: Prior Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A Similar Industry Such As Pharmacy Or Healthcare, Is Essential For Success In This Position.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team Is Crucial For A Store Manager In Training, As They Will Be Responsible For Overseeing And Training Store Employees.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Successful Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers, Employees, And Other Members Of The Management Team.

  • Knowledge Of Store Operations: Familiarity With Store Operations, Including Inventory Management, Merchandising, And Customer Service, Is Important For A Store Manager In Training To Effectively Learn And Perform Their Duties.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: A Store Manager In Training Must Be Able To Adapt To Changing Situations And Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously, While Still Maintaining A High Level Of Productivity And Efficiency.
