4. Assist customers with locating products and making purchasing decisions.
5. Operate cash registers and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
6. Process and stock merchandise on the sales floor and in the backroom.
7. Follow company policies and procedures for inventory management, loss prevention, and cash handling.
8. Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure smooth operation of the store.
9. Continuously learn about products and services offered by CVS Health to provide accurate information to customers.
10. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
11. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals.
12. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to create a safe and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
13. Attend and participate in training programs and meetings as required.
14. Remain knowledgeable about current promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs to promote to customers.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Shift Supervisor.
