Job Description

As a Store Associate at CVS Health, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.   1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to create a positive shopping experience.
  2. Ensure shelves are stocked and organized, and merchandise is properly displayed and priced.
  3. Operate cash registers and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
  4. Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policies.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized store, including restocking and cleaning duties.
  6. Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
  7. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure efficient store operations.
  8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve job knowledge and skills.
  11. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
  12. Assist with inventory management and perform inventory counts as needed.
  13. Follow proper cash handling procedures to minimize cash shortages.
  14. Stay updated on current promotions and sales to effectively promote products to customers.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
