Store Associate

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Process customer purchases and returns accurately and efficiently

• Maintain the store’s neat and organized appearance

• Ensure products are properly stocked and displayed

• Answer customer questions and provide knowledgeable product advice

• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management as needed

• Follow company policies and procedures

• Participate in store-related activities such as receiving, inventory, loss prevention, and promotions

• Assist with other duties as assigned
